Your first home.
Know what you’ll keep.

Buying your first home with a Lifetime ISA? See which charge applies (0%, 20% or 25%), what reaches your deposit, and what to do by when — under the rules in force from 29 Oct 2026.

Check the charge, compare the choices and take a dated plan to your conveyancer.

2. Your Lifetime ISA

Each holder is checked separately. Use account labels rather than personal details.
